I really like this video here.  It’s all about how simple your movements should be.  Doing all these complicated moves is great and all and it does take a lot of energy and strength.  But, in terms of actual usefulness, it’s all up to you on how you should execute it.  The most simple things can seem complicated to others.  So, you should stick to techniques that are the most simple for you rather than trying to execute a move that you don’t fully don’t understand.  And that takes a lot of practice and patience.
